The 23-year-old footballer was the leading scorer in the Australian National Youth League of 2008 and has earned three caps in U-20 World Cup held in 2009, Salgaocar sources here said.
"Sean, who has been training with the team for a week, has impressed Salgaocar`s coach Karim Bencherifa with his skills, technique and a deft scoring touch in which he has scored in all the three friendly matches he has played," a team member said.
Sean has previously played for A-League teams like Sydney FC (youth team) and Newcastle Jets.
He scored on his debut in the A-League with Newcastle Jets in 2009 and also took them into the second round of the 2009 AFC Champions League with a late win against Beijing Guoan.
Salgaocar`s other foreign players include Brazilian captain Luciano Soborosa, Quinton Jacobs and former HAL striker Hamza.
