Bhubaneswar: After its successful run in five cities across India, the avid cricket fans had a glimpse of the VIVO IPL 2017 after it reached its sixth destination at Pal Heights in the Odisha capital here today.

There was a rush of fans who had the opportunity to capture themselves in a special moment with the trophy.

Actress Rhea Chakraborty added excitement amongst the crowd when the trophy made a stopover at Khandagiri cave where the enthusiasts got a chance to capture perfect selfies with the trophy.

Around 1500 enthusiastic fans enjoyed the sight of the coveted trophy and engaged themselves in various exciting activities.

Eight teams that will participate in the 10th edition of IPL are Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Daredevils, Mumbai Indians, Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS), Kings XI Punjab, Gujarat Lions, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

A total of 60 matches will be played atRajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad, Maharashtra Cricket Association's International Stadium, Pune, Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot, Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore, M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, Eden Gardens, Kolkata, Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, Delhi, IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali and Green Park, Kanpur.

The event is scheduled to kick off in the second week of April and continue till the end of May.
