MV Ganga Vilas, the World’s Longest River Cruise, will be virtually flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 13. The PM will also flag off a 'Tent City' on the banks of the Ganga in Varanasi.

MV Ganga Vilas has three decks, 18 suites on board with a capacity of 36 tourists, with all the luxury amenities.
The MV Ganga Vilas cruise is curated to bring out the best of the country to be showcased to the world.
The 51-day cruise is planned with visits to 50 tourist spots including World Heritage Sites, National Parks, River Ghats, and major cities.
The Ganga Vilas luxury cruise arrived at Varanasi's Ramnagar Port on Tuesday. The cruise, which had departed Kolkata on December 22, was initially scheduled to reach the holy town on Saturday. However, it arrived late due to bad weather conditions.
