In these three days, woman and unmarried girls take break from all household works and spend time in swings, and playing indoor & outdoor games with friends and family.
This festival brings abundance of joy in the lives of women and girls. All of them don new clothes, eat sweets and pithas on the occasion apart from participating in many other refreshing activities.
To celebrate Pahili Raja, girls put on 'alata' on their feet and decorate their hands with 'mehendi'.
