Impressive! Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju Nails Bottle Cap Challenge

After many celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Kendall Jenner and John Mayer uploaded video of them completing the Bottle Cap Challenge, Minister of State(Sports) Kiren Rijiju also shared a video of him with a message "Say no to drug, get ready for Fit India Campaign."

The Union Minister shared the video on Instagram and retweeted the same video on Twitter. The challenge expects participants to place a bottle on a solid surface with the cap loosely twisted shut. They then have to untwist the cap with a back-spin kick without using their hands to touch the bottle.

On Twitter, Rijiju wrote; "Opening of bottle cap is an act of "Surgical Precision" which requires a perfect combination of focus, balance and strength. If you desire to inculcate more discipline into your life, try becoming more fit. Fitness is not about how you look but more about discipline."
