Woman bobbitises youth over love affair in Keonjhar

Keonjhar: A married woman bobbitised a youth, who was allegedly in love relationship with her, after inviting him to her house at Nuagaon village under Harichandanpur police limits in Keonjhar district today.

The youth, identified as Rajendra Nayak of Jharbeda village in the district is working in Chhenai and had come to the woman’s house on invitation. The accused woman is yet to be identified.

“She called me up and invited to her house for watching Kali Puja. As we hadn't met since a year, I directly went to her house after arriving here from Chennai,” informed the complainant Rajendra.

The woman offered him food and alcohol which he consumed and subsequently went to sleep.

“While I was sleeping, some persons including the woman forcibly cut my genitals with a blade following which I fell unconscious,” alleged the victim.

Later, Rajendra was rushed to the Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) by some locals in a critical condition.

Police rushed to the spot after getting information. The exact reason behind the incident is yet to be established. Further details are awaited.
