Pre-Planned Murder

According to the complaint filed by his father, Ajit Kumar Nayak, his son was killed. Following the complaint lodged by his father at Chandaka Police Station, police have converted the case from an unnatural death to a murder case and have begun an investigation.

No Concrete Evidence

However, according to police sources, the post-mortem report indicates that Aditya died due to drowning. So far, no concrete evidence of murder has been found.

Meanwhile, no official response has been received from the KIIT University authorities regarding the matter.

“I suspect they took him to the crime spot in a pre-planned manner because there is no reason they went to that place so far away from KIIT. I went to KIIT Khao Gali and came to know that it is unacceptable that he had gone so far to that place. So, he was taken there in a pre-planned manner. There were students from KIIT Khao Gali and CIPET. But the main accused is the student from CIPET. I called him and tried to talk to him, but he could not give me a perfect answer. He is just changing his statements. All we want is justice for our son,” the victim’s father stated.
