BMC Commissioner Outlines Format

BMC Commissioner Chanchal Rana said, “We plan to conduct the event at the end of December and during the January fortnight. Like every year, we will uniquely hold Patha Utsav this time as well. We aim to institutionalise it by organising it on the last Sunday of December and the first two Sundays of January. The event will take place separately in all three zones.”
