OTV Insight 2026: Celebrating Innovation, Influence and the Rise of Digital Odisha

In an era where digital storytelling is reshaping the way audiences consume content, OTV Insight stands as Odisha’s pioneering platform dedicated to honouring and empowering digital creators. Launched by Odisha Television Network (OTV) in 2025, this flagship initiative celebrates innovation, creativity, influence, and social impact across the ever-expanding digital ecosystem.

More than just an awards show, OTV Insight is a movement that recognises the voices shaping Odisha’s online narrative from grassroots storytellers to global Odia icons. It provides a credible and prestigious stage for creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, acknowledging their contribution to culture, community, and contemporary conversations.

By bringing together creators, industry leaders, and national personalities under one roof, OTV Insight aims to foster collaboration, inspire excellence, and position Odisha as a powerful force in the digital content landscape.

The Genesis 

In a landmark moment for Odisha’s digital community, OTV Insight 2025 emerged as the state’s first dedicated platform celebrating online content creators. 

The inaugural Digital Content Creators’ Award show recognised 22 of the most influential digital personalities across diverse categories, marking a new chapter in honouring social media talent.

The event witnessed the presence of distinguished names from India’s digital and journalism landscape. Saurabh Dwivedi, Editor of Lallantop, delivered a powerful keynote address on the evolving role of digital media. Celebrity guests, including pilot and YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, Miss India First Runner-Up Rekha Pandey, and senior journalist Aarti Tikoo Singh, added prestige and depth to the celebrations.

What is OTV Insight?

OTV Insight is a flagship initiative by Odisha Television Network designed to recognise and celebrate outstanding digital content creators. The platform focuses on innovation, influence, creativity, and social impact, empowering Odisha’s rapidly growing digital ecosystem. It aims to spotlight storytellers who are shaping narratives not only within the state but across the globe.

OTV Insight 2026: Fresh Year, Bigger Dreams

As the spotlight shifts to OTV Insight 2026, the vision grows stronger. With Odisha’s digital landscape expanding rapidly, this year’s edition aims to celebrate creators redefining storytelling for a global audience. 

The stage is larger, the expectations higher, and the competition fiercer, with 21 diverse categories recognising talent from grassroots regional influencers to global Odia icons.

Nominations Open: Eligibility and Guidelines

OTV has streamlined the nomination process to ensure fairness and authenticity. However, the nominations went live on February 15, 2026. 

Who Can Apply?

Digital creators from Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook; creators based in Odisha, Odia creators across India, and global Odia influencers.

Key Rules:

Nominations are accepted only through the official INSIGHT website.

Creators can apply in a minimum of one and a maximum of three categories.

A nomination fee of Rs 499 per category is applicable.

2025 nominees may reapply, but previous winners cannot compete in the same category.

Creator Workshops

All shortlisted nominees will be eligible to attend exclusive creator workshops as part of OTV Insight 2026.

A separate registration window will also open for other interested creators who wish to participate.

Please note that workshop participation for non-nominees will be on a paid basis, with the registration charges to be announced separately.

The Road to Victory

The selection follows a transparent three-phase process: 15 days of nominations, shortlisting of the Top 10 per category, and 15 days of secure public voting.

Beyond awards, OTV Insight 2026 stands as a vibrant networking hub, uniting creators, celebrities, and industry leaders to shape the future of Odisha’s digital narrative.
