Odisha horror! 17-year-old girl raped, forced into prostitution by boyfriend

A chilling tale of romance, lust, and ultimate betrayal has shocked Odisha’s Kendrapara, after a minor 17-year-old girl was allegedly lured into a relationship through social media and subsequently pushed into prostitution by her ‘boyfriend’.

The accused, identified as Rahul Kuma,r called the victim from Jajpur on the promise of meeting and transformed his sweet love promises into a nightmare for her.

 Facebook Sparks Fatal Affair

According to sources, Rahul Kumar, from Pattamundai area in Kendrapara, connected with the minor on Facebook. Charming chats quickly escalated into declarations of love, luring her into his trap. He later called her for a meeting and took her to a guest house, where he raped her.

 From Lover to Pimp

After satisfying his desires, Rahul flipped the script. Promising marriage to keep her compliant, he later pimped her out, handing her to others for pleasure. He invited his friends, accomplices, and others with crude calls like ‘come have sex’, turning love into a horrific sex trade.

 Escape and Arrest

Beaten and desperate, the girl managed to escape during a moment of chaos and reached the police. Based on her complaint, authorities raided the guest house, arresting Rahul, his female accomplice, the owner of the lodge, and other aides.

Two cases have been filed under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act, with SP Siddharth Kataria confirming ongoing probe. The saga exposes the dark side of digital love gone wrong.
