Criticism has been mounting these days for her social media activity.

The most recent uproar emerged after her transfer to the oldest Dakha High School in Chandbali block. News of her posting prompted an immediate backlash from some of the parents and guardians, who staged protests demanding her removal from the teaching staff.

Their objections stem from her viral dance clips posted on her social media accounts. The protesting parents argue that her videos are “inappropriate for a teacher” and inconsistent with the moral standards expected in a school setting.

The parents have threatened to lock the school premises and initiate a larger protest if her appointment is not cancelled.

The situation has caused unrest at the school, particularly as it coincides with the ongoing examination period. The issue has now been brought to the attention of Bhadrak district Collector, with further administrative action reportedly under consideration.

This incident has reignited a broader conversation around the role of educators on social media and the expectations surrounding professionalism in public service.

Neither the teacher nor school officials have commented on the matter so far.
