Second Mobile Phone Recovered

Police on Thursday evening recovered the second mobile phone, which had remained untraceable since the accident. The device was handed over to the Dhusuri police station by Jalandhar Jena of Bardeswar.

According to police sources, Prusty’s wife had repeatedly tried calling the number. While the phone remained switched off initially, a person eventually received the call, following which the police were able to recover the handset.

Family members have not yet lodged a formal complaint. Prusty’s wife reportedly said a complaint would be filed after the completion of the last rites.

She stated that the recovery of both mobile phones could reveal crucial evidence related to the circumstances of her husband’s death. She also alleged that actress Jina may have had a role in events preceding the incident, referring to a viral video purportedly showing an argument between the two shortly before the accident.

Relatives Allege Death Was Not Accidental

In a fresh development, Guru Prusty’s uncle filed a complaint with Dhamnagar Police on Friday, alleging that the death was not accidental and claiming it to be a case of murder.
