Bhubaneswar: The multinational technology company, Microsoft commenced its campus recruitment of B.Tech students of 2020 batch in India from the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) here on Monday

As per the release of the Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA), Deemed to be University, Microsoft recruited eight B.Tech students of 2020 batch.

Students belonging to the 2019 graduating batch from ITER were offered excellent placement choices by companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Reliance Industries, BOSCH, Deloitte, IBM, CTS, Infosys, WIPRO, HighRadius, TVS Motors, MuSigma and Tata Steel, it added.

Besides, Reliance Industries (IT) had earlier recruited students for Internship cum Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) from the 2020 graduating batch.

ITER has facilitated placement of over 25,000 of its students in various companies of repute across the world since 2000. It has a well laid-out systematic process to enable students realise their career aspirations through placement, the release read.
