The new fares and schedules will remain effective until December 31, 2025, the airline confirmed.

Fare Cuts on Bhubaneswar–Jamshedpur Route

According to the latest fare chart, the Bhubaneswar–Jamshedpur flight will now cost Rs 3,098, down from Rs 3,182, offering passengers a modest but welcome cut of Rs 84.

Further, under the revised daily schedule, the Jamshedpur–Bhubaneswar flight will now depart at 3:30 pm instead of 4:20 pm, improving connectivity with onward flights from Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA).

Similarly, the Jamshedpur–Kolkata service has also been rescheduled to 8:05 am from the earlier 8:30 am.

IndiaOne Air, which launched commercial operations on these routes in January 2023, said the latest revisions are part of its ‘passenger-first' initiative to optimise flight timings and provide more flexibility during peak travel periods. The carrier last updated its schedule and fares in April 2025.

Strengthening Odisha’s Aviation Network

The announcement follows Odisha’s broader efforts to expand regional air connectivity through initiatives such as the B-MAAN (Building and Management of Aviation Assets and Network) scheme.

In August, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi flagged off the first direct Bhubaneswar–Jharsuguda flight operated by Star Air under the state’s New Destination Policy.

That service, supported by viability gap funding, connected western Odisha’s industrial hub to the state capital, cutting long road travel time and improving business accessibility. Flights on the route currently operate five days a week, marking a major milestone for intra-state aviation.
