The local police have registered a report and are investigating the cause of the gas cylinder explosion. Preliminary findings suggest that improper handling, a leak in the cylinder, or using an old, faulty cylinder could have triggered the accident. Authorities have urged residents to ensure cylinders are properly installed and to avoid cooking near open flames if a leak is suspected.
