Container truck overturns near Madhupatna fish market in Cuttack, traffic disrupted

A goods-laden container truck overturned near the Madhupatna fish market in Cuttack on Monday, briefly disrupting traffic movement in the area.

According to sources, the container truck was travelling from Khan Nagar towards Madhupatna Chhak when it overturned under circumstances that are yet to be determined. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident, and the driver escaped without injuries.

The overturned vehicle blocked the busy road for several hours, causing inconvenience to commuters and leading to traffic congestion in the surrounding areas. Local authorities reached the spot shortly after the incident and initiated efforts to remove the truck and restore normal traffic flow.

Officials said the exact cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained, and further investigation is underway.
