A felicitation ceremony was held in Bhubaneswar to honour Odisha Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja in recognition of his administrative leadership and contributions. The event was attended by Chief Secretary Ahuja along with his wife, Arati Ahuja, a retired administrative officer.

Addressing the gathering, both spoke fondly about their administrative careers and shared their deep emotional connection with Odisha. They said their association with the state had been memorable and fulfilling.

Chief Secretary Lauds Officers’ Competence

During his address, Chief Secretary Ahuja offered guidance and advice to secretaries and senior officers from various departments. He praised the administrative machinery of Odisha, describing it as a strong and capable team.

Highlighting the depth of knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism of officers, he said, “Odisha has a committed and competent administrative team. The collective strength, integrity and dedication of officers will continue to shape the state’s growth and future in a positive direction.” 

He also conveyed optimism about Odisha’s development and expressed firm belief in its bright future. Extending his best wishes, he encouraged officers to continue working with dedication in their respective roles.

The programme was also attended by Anu Garg, who is set to take over as the new Chief Secretary. Among others present were Additional Chief Secretaries Surendra Kumar and Hemant Sharma, along with several department heads, commissioners and senior administrative officials.
