Bolero hits an electric pole on NH-57 in Khordha, 3 injured

Three people were injured after a Bolero vehicle crashed into an electric pole and overturned on National Highway 57 near the Bolagarh block on Wednesday.

According to sources, the vehicle was travelling from Kalahandi to Bhubaneswar when the accident occurred. The impact of the collision was severe, causing the Bolero to overturn on the highway and triggering panic among other commuters.

Passersby rushed to the spot and alerted the police. On receiving the information, police personnel reached the site and initiated rescue operations. The injured were shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment.

Police have launched an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the accident. Further details are awaited.
