Bodies of two youths found near NALCO pipeline in Talcher

Panic prevailed in the Lingirakata area of Talcher after the bodies of two youths were found lying on the roadside near the NALCO pipeline.

The deceased have been identified as Janardan Nayak and Dibyaranjan Parida. Local residents spotted the bodies and immediately alerted the police.

Police reached the spot, secured the area and launched a preliminary investigation. The bodies were later sent for post-mortem examination to ascertain the exact cause of death.

Police suspect foul play and are probing the incident from the angle of possible murder. Family members of both the deceased have alleged that they were murdered.
