A series of high-level meetings is underway at the BJP State Headquarters in Bhubaneswar, led by BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santhosh, who is currently on a tour of Odisha. The discussions are centred on organisational restructuring and coordination with the newly appointed office-bearers.
According to party sources, Santhosh is holding closed-door meetings with the state leadership, including BJP State President Manmohan Samal, State General Secretary (Organisation) Manas Mohanty, and the newly appointed general secretaries, vice-presidents, and secretaries. The meetings are being conducted in multiple phases to review organisational preparedness and streamline responsibilities within the party’s Odisha unit.
In another session, Santhosh will interact with presidents of all seven BJP morchas, district in-charges, and district presidents to assess ground-level activities and strengthen the party’s outreach structure ahead of key political engagements.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, BJP State In-Charge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar, and Co-In-Charge Lata Usendi are also present during the organisational consultations, underscoring the significance of the visit.
Party insiders stated that the meetings are aimed at energising the cadre, ensuring better coordination between state and district units, and aligning the organisation with the party’s broader national strategy.
