PM Modi stressed that each city’s unique characteristics will be preserved while enabling rapid urban and economic expansion.

Industrial and Infrastructure Boost

The corridor is expected to connect key industrial hubs, ports, and logistics centres, facilitating investment inflows and workforce mobility.

Alongside the corridor announcement, PM Modi inaugurated projects exceeding Rs 50,000 crore across sectors, including semiconductors, railways, telecommunications, education, healthcare, and skill development.

The Prime Minister also sanctioned funds to 50,000 beneficiaries under the Antyodaya Gruha Yojana.
