Arvind Mohapatra suspension sparks mass protest outside BJD headquarters in Bhubaneswar

A massive protest was held in front of Sankha Bhawan in Bhubaneswar on Friday by the supporters of MLA Arvind Mohapatra, who arrived in large numbers from Patkura. Arvind was recently suspended by BJD for anti-party activities.

As per reports, hundreds of Arvind's supporters gathered to oppose his suspension from the BJD, raising slogans and staging a show of strength.

The protesters alleged that the suspension was unjustified and based on baseless accusations. They claimed that no proper reasoning or explanation had been given for the action taken against Arvind. Expressing their anger, the supporters said the decision reflected a lack of proper judgment.

The supporters demanded to know what mistake Arvind had committed. They also asserted that the disciplinary action was arbitrary and unfair.

"It was a wrong decision to suspend Arvind Mohapatra from BJD. It was a conspiracy against him. We have gathered in large numbers to make the party reconsider the decision," said a supporter.

"Naveen Patnaik is a good leader. However, some people are conspiring. He has suspended a great personality like Patkura MLA. We will be very much happy if his suspension is lifted," said another supporter.
