Grand Preparations at Kapilprasad

Ground reports stated that excitement and anticipation are palpable, particularly at Kapilprasad Puja Committee, where a towering 42-foot Ravan effigy has been meticulously prepared.

The committee claims that its Ravan Dahan will be one of the most spectacular in the city. Preparations have reached the final stage, and the event is scheduled to be held tonight at 8 pm, with large crowds of devotees and onlookers expected despite intermittent rains.

Sources also reported that extensive arrangements and security measures have been put in place to ensure a smooth and safe celebration. At the venue, devotees expressed enthusiasm over witnessing the traditional effigy burning, which symbolises the victory of Lord Ram over Ravana.
