Youth found hanging from JCB machine; probe begins

Kendrapara: Police today recovered the body of a youth under mysterious circumstances at Amrutamanohi village under Nikirahi police limits in Kendrapara district.

The matter came to light after a few locals spotted the body hanging from a JCB machine and informed the Town Police.

Soon, police rushed to the spot and initiated an investigation into the incident. “We have launched a probe and cannot say anything right now. Whether it is a case of suicide or murder can only be ascertained after we get the post-mortem reports," said a police official.

Though the identity of the deceased could not be established, sources said he was the helper of the JCB machine.
