Weather Alert: Thunderstorm & lightning warning issued for 7 Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre in Bhubaneswar today issued thunderstorm and lightning alert for seven districts in the State.

As per the latest forecast, a moderate thunderstorm and lightning is likely to occur at one or two places in the districts of Koraput, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Gajapati, Ganjam, Nayagarh till 6.30 PM today.

People in these districts have been asked to remain alert during the occurrence of the thunderstorm and lightning.
