Weather Alert: Thunderstorm, Lightning Warning Issued For 7 Districts

Bhubaneswar: The meteorology department issued thunderstorm, lightning and heavy rainfall alert for seven districts of the State today.

In its latest release, the Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar said, “Thunderstorm with lightning and heavy rainfall are likely to occur at some places over districts of Puri, Ganjam, Gajapati, Koraput, Rayagada, Khurda and Nayagarh till 2 PM.”

Residents in these districts have been cautioned to stay alert during the thunderstorm activity.
