Bhubaneswar: Isolated parts in Odisha will experience rainfall in the next 24 hours, revealed the latest forecast of Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar.

A cyclonic circulation is active over Bay of Bengal, and under its impact several parts of the state will experience light to moderate rainfall. The skies will remain mostly cloudy with short spells of rain at several parts, official sources said.

However, the intensity of rainfall is likely to increase after August 4, said a senior official of the Met department.

As per the official reports, six districts in Odisha received less than 2mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours with Malkangiri recording a highest of 21 mm of rainfall.
