Watch: 4-Year-Old Climbs Atop Mobile Tower In Odisha, Rescued

Cuttack: Averting a major mishap, the fire fighters of Adaspur rescued a four-year-old boy from a mobile tower after a grueling operation that lasted for nearly an hour on Monday.

per reports, a cellular tower located at Patasundarpur village under Cuttack's Kantapada block turned to be the centre of attention for hundreds of locals who waited in anticipation for an hour for the fire fighters to bring the child down safely.

The boy reportedly climbed atop the tower while playing near it. However, he started to scream in fear after failing to get down from it. Hearing the distressed child, some locals called the fire department who rescued him after an intense operation lasting for an hour.

His family members said that the boy is mentally underdeveloped and needs constant attention. The boy gave them a slip while his parents were busy in some domestic work.
