Bhubaneswar: After being dragged into the ongoing chopper row, former Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda continued with his mission to reach out to people across Odisha.
This time the former Parliamentarian reached thousands of supporters in Dhenkanal on his way to Deogarh district by road after his helicopter was seized by police.
He arrived to a rousing reception in Deogarh and was seen interacting with people of all ages.Later, Panda visited Ganesh Puja pandals in Deogarh.

“The organisers had invited me and as you know my movement has been curtailed, still I managed to reach Deogarh. I thank people for the tremendous love and affection,” said Panda.

Panda further stated that it was good to see that Ganesh puja is being celebrated with much enthusiasm since past 70 years in Deogarh and all such tradition needs to continue.
