Bhubaneswar: Temperature crossed 40 degree Celsius mark in 15 places across Odisha today as heat wave conditions continued to hit normal life across the State.

Titlagarh recorded the highest temperature of 45.8 degree Celsius followed by Bolangir with 45.5 degree C and Sambalpur 44.6 degree C. Similarly, mercury touched 44.2 in Sonepur, Hirakud-44.1, Jharsuguda-43.6, Talcher-43.2, Bhawanipatna-42.8, Angul-42.7, Malkangiri & Sundergarh-42, Phulbani-41.8, Chandbali-40.5, Bhubaneswar-40.2 and Cuttack-40 degree Celsius.
