Tarang Cine Productions’ 'Mr Majnu' opens in theatres to rousing response

Bhubaneswar: Amidst Durga Puja fervour, the much-awaited movie of Tarang Cine Productions, 'Mr Majnu' hit the big screens today to packed theatres.

The comedy-drama has been directed by Ashok Pati with Babushan Mohanty as the lead character. Veteran actor, Mihir Das will be seen adding his flavour of comedy, while actresses Surmayee Mohapatra, Divyadisha Mohanty and Sheetal Patra will be seen in different roles. Raimohan is playing the conman in the movie.

The music of the movie has been directed by Abhijit Majumdar and even before its release; the songs are already a hit among the audience. The audience seems to have become a fan of the rendition of the famous Rangabati song.

"I am excited as well as nervous for Mr Majnu. I am playing a beautiful character in the movie and for that I would like to thank Ashok sir," said actress Sheetal.

Praising the star cast and music director, singer Satyajit Pradhan said, "Mr Majnu is definitely going to be a blockbuster movie as the actors and music directors have done a great job."
