Bhubaneswar: The results of the second Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) was declared on Wednesday. In total, 13,483 students have been allotted ranks out of 13, 485 students who registered for the exam.

The students with ranks will be able to lock their choice of colleges online between July 27 to July 29 and temporary seat allotment list will be published on July 30, informed OJEE officials.

The special OJEE was conducted on July 22 after a whopping 27,852 seats in engineering colleges across the State remained vacant after the first OJEE.

There are a total of 80 private and eight government engineering colleges with a total intake capacity of 38,217. However, only 10,365 candidates had taken admissions during the first OJEE examination this year.
