Bhubaneswar: The results of second or special Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) for admissions into various technical and professional courses in the State were announced today.

Out of the total 14,627 students, who appeared for the special OJEE, 14,622 candidates were allotted ranks. The exam was held at 31 centres across 20 cities on July 21.

As many as 17,715 students had registered for the special OJEE 2019 out of which 3,088 students did not take the exam.

As per official sources, Rabindra Behera topped in B.Tech, while Chandra Patra secured top rank in MBA, Anish Agarwal in MCA, Nisha Kumari in MCA (Lateral Entry), Pradeep Sahoo (B. Pharma) and Vishal Singh in M.Pharm.

The seat allotment is expected to be held by July end after completion of the first phase counselling. The first round of allotment of seats is expected to be done on July 30 while the document verification is likely to be held in August, 2019.
