Shocking! Man Inserts Liquor Bottle Into Wife’s Private Parts For Refusing Prostitution

Bhubaneswar: In a spine-chilling incident, a man allegedly inserted a liquor bottle into the private parts of his wife following her refusal to indulge in prostitution at Chandrasekharpur area in the Capital city, on Tuesday.

The accused, identified as Chandan Acharya a native of Pattamundai in Kendrapara, has been arrested by the Chandrasekharpur police.

According to the victim’s complaint, her husband has been forcing her to solicit ‘clients’ at nights for money since the past seven years. He would beat her up black and blue whenever she refused to indulge in flesh trade by sleeping with strangers, the victim has alleged.

“Though on many occasions I thought of revolting against the torture, I could not muster courage by succumbing to his threats. But, today his torture crossed all limits when he hit me with an iron rod and inserted a broken liquor bottle into my genitals," the victim alleged.

"He should remain behind bars forever," the victim demanded.

The victim said Acharya had not only engaged her in flesh trade, but pushed many other girls and young women into prostitution.

When matters came to a head on Tuesday, the victim narrated her ordeal before her mother who informed the police immediately. A team from Chandrasekharpur police Station rescued the victim from a locked room and arrested Acharya.

According to reports, the victim, a resident of Phulbani had come to Bhubaneswar 10 years back in search of a job. During her stay, she developed relationship with Acharya and later tied the knot with him. The first two years of her marriage was spent happily with her husband. However, things changed afterwards when her husband forced her into prostitution for some extra income, she alleged.
