"During investigation, we learnt that the woman from Cuttack, who is a queen bee of sex racket and Lulu of Bhubaneswar, a pimp, were involved in immoral trafficking and human exploitation. We will conduct further investigation into it," he said.

"Those who have been arrested and other witnesses we have examined could not provide any important information regarding the case. We will examine the CCTV footage of the training institution. The institution was closed during the lockdown and repairing works were undertaken," the DCP added.

Earlier, Madhu Manjari Dhal, an instructor of the divyang training centre was arrested in connection with the sex racket case.

In January this year, the high profile sex racket at the divyang training centre came to light after a video clip containing the immoral activities had gone viral on social media. Behera was at large since then and nabbed recently by a special team of police.

The whistleblower, a former woman employee of the centre, had alleged that Behera was the mastermind of the racket. She had also revealed that not only the common man but also government officers visit the centre for their sexual appeasement.
