Second phase admission to Plus II Colleges in Odisha from today

Bhubaneswar: The online application process for the second phase admissions to fill the vacant seats in various junior colleges across the State will begin today. The students can apply till August 7.

The online application form (CAF) will be made available on Student Academic Management System (SAMS) website www.samsodisha.gov.in. After applying online, the students will have to submit the CAF along with required documents and fees at various SAMS centres opened in different junior colleges across the State.

The merit list will be declared on August 10 while the selected students can enrol themselves to different streams from August 11 to August 14.

Those students who could not take admission during the first phase due to various reasons can also apply. Besides, the candidates who passed the matric supplementary examination can also apply, official sources said.

Earlier on July 29, the School and Mass Education department had announced the dates for second phase admission into various Plus II colleges. The first phase admissions were held from June 1 to June 22.
