Cuttack: In a major development, the Orissa High Court on Monday sought clarification from the Odisha government over the school fee waiver issue.

As per reports, the court has asked the State government to submit its’ reply within seven days. The court rejected an intervention petition filed by some private schools.

The court came up with the directions while hearing an intervention petition filed by some private schools. The matter will be heard following the submission of the state government’s reply, says reports.
