Sambalpur Collector Alleges Another Fake Facebook ID On His Name

Sambalpur: Sambalpur collector Subham Saxena on Sunday met SP Kanwar Vishal Singh, to apprise him about a fake Facebook account created on his name by an unidentified user to dupe people.

As per reports, after learning about the fake account, Saxena held a discussion with the SP and formally requested him to conduct an investigation into the case to nab the real culprit.

"We met the SP and requested an investigation so that proper action can be taken against the one who is trying to cheat people by using my name," said Saxena

Earlier also, a hacker had created a fake account of Saxena along with several other government officials, ministers and MLAs. Reportedly, the hacker, a minor boy had duped many individuals of Sambalpur and Bolangir using these fake social media accounts.

Later, Sambalpur police after receiving complaints had launched a probe in the matter and arrested the minor accused.
