Puri Rath Yatra 2018: Lord Jagannath joins siblings at Gundicha temple

Puri: Braving the heavy downpour, devotees in lakhs pulled the chariot of Lord Jagannath with much enthusiasm up to Gundicha temple on Sunday.

Though the chariots of Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra had reached Gundicha temple yesterday, Lord Jagannath's chariot-- Nandighosa halted midway near Balagandi chhak during the Rath Yatra celebrations.

Officials of Shree Jaganath Temple Administration (SJTA) informed that the Trinity will be taken inside Gundicha temple in the ceremonial pahandi after completion of several rituals tomorrow.
