Bhubaneswar: With the campaigning for the fourth and final phase in Odisha coming to an end today evening, Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has gone with all guns blazing at CM Naveen Patnaik.

The ruling BJD has camped party's senior leaders and workers from across the State in Kendrapara. The ruling party did so to terrorise the voters of the coastal town, charged Pradhan. However, voters of the Lok Sabha constituency will give the ruling BJD a befitting reply as the people here value self-esteem the most, he added.

In the same attacking vein, Pradhan questioned Naveen why he is not presenting the report card of his government's 19 -year long rule to the people, and why is he not showcasing before the people regarding the vision of his government for the coming 5-years.

Taunting Naveen, Dharmendra said, it seems Naveen gets quite irritated nowadays when he hears the two words - Modi and Parivartan.

"The status-quoist and corrupt BJD government has proved its incapability as the State is number 2 from bottom in the parameters of infant mortality rate,  malnutrition and poverty," he charged.

Taking a jibe at the alleged officer raj in Odisha, he called Naveen a puppet in the hands of 'Kala Pahada'. Kala Pahada was an aggressor, who attacked Jagannath Puri temple and had looted the valuables.

Unsparing in his attack, Pradhan lambasted the BJD's slogan of 'Odisha ro parichay houchantyi Naveen' (Naveen is Odisha's identity), when he said if Naveen Patnaik is identity of Odisha then what would be Lord Jagannath or Lord Lingaraj for Odisha?

However, while waging the political battle with BJD, the Minister has even taken pot shots at CEO, Odisha, Surendra Kumar, calling him a general secretary of State Government.
