Bhubaneswar: With eye to strengthen party’s poll prospects in Odisha, Prime Minister Modi who is slated to visit Odisha on January 5, will embark on another visit to the State for second time in the New Year to address a party convention in Bolangir on January 16.

Sources said, PM Modi will attend Swabhiman Samavesh of the party in Bolangir where he will address a huge public rally.

The PM will also give poll mantra to party workers during the visit, BJP State general secretary Prithviraj Harichandan informed today.

Prior to that Modi is scheduled to visit Odisha on January 5, 2019 during which he will attend a public meeting in Baripada of Mayurbhanj district.

The back-to-back visit of the prime minister will come close on the heels of his recent tour to the State on December 24 when he dedicated government projects worth around Rs 14,000 crore at the new campus of IIT Bhubaneswar besides addressing a mass party programme in Khurda.
