Cyber criminals are trying new tricks and are extensively relying on social media platforms to dupe people who often fall prey to their traps unknowingly.

Cyber Dost, Cyber-safety and Cyber security awareness handles maintained by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has warned citizens to remain alert on such new part time job scams.

In a tweet, Cyber Dost has urged people to be extra cautious while dealing with any malicious links.

Cyber criminals usually send web/phishing links promising part time jobs that could download application containing virus on your phone or computer.

Suggested Safety Tips:

-Do not click on suspicious links or download App which promises fake part-time jobs.

-Never pay money to malicious suspicious apps after getting swayed by their false claim and promises.
