Bhubaneswar: Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan is coming on a two-day visit to the state beginning on Thursday.

According to reports, Paswan will arrive at Biju Patnaik International Airport at around 1:30 pm today. Later in the day, he will hold discussions with concerned officials about the implementation of National Food Security Act in the state at the secretariat here.

Besides, he will meet chief minister Naveen Patnaik in the evening today, the reports added.

On Friday, the Union Minister will attend the Hindi Salahakar Samiti meeting.
