The SDJM court here has sent him to Choudwar jail and also directed the jail authorities to make all arrangements for his treatment.

The commissionerate police had brought him from Samagola jail in Jagatsinghpur district and produced in the court after his remand period ended. The police prayed to the court for three days remand to question him in Press chhak bombing case and Abhay Bhhat murder case.

On the other hand, Mishra denied all allegations framed against him. "This is a big conspiracy. I am not involved in this case", he told media person while being taken to police van from court room.

His counsel Gokulananda Mohapatra claimed that Mahima has been falsely implicated in such cases.

"There is no serious allegation against him in this case. There was no such evidence for the last three/four years. He has been trapped in another case which has been linked to this case by creating some false documents", Mohapatra added.

Mishra, the owner of Paradeep-based Odisha Stevedore Limited (OSL), has been in jail since December 27 after being arrested in the murder of the general manager of Hyderabad-based Seaways Shipping and Logistics Ltd (SSLL)
