Bhubaneswar: Amid the allegations of rising crime rate in the Smart city, three miscreants allegedly attacked and looted an online delivery boy near Patharabandha area in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
The victim was reportedly on his way to delivery an order when the miscreants attacked him and decamped with his items.
Meanwhile, police have reached the spot and begun an investigation.
