Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 recovery numbers surpassed 2 Lakh mark after 4108 more patients recuperated in the State on Sunday, informed the State Health and Family Welfare Department.

"Happy to share that with the discharge of 4108 Covid patients today, Odisha has crossed the landmark of 2 lakh Covid recoveries,” tweeted the H&FW department.

The total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 202302.

Jagatsinghpur topped the recovery list on Sunday after 143 patients recuperated from the district. Mayurbhanj, Sambalpur and Nuapada districts followed with 139, 128 and 118 recoveries.

Similarly, Kalahandi and Keonjhar registered 117 recoveries each.

Earlier in the day, 15 more patients succumbed to COVID-19 that took the total death count in the State to 907, while the cumulative caseload rose to 232713 with the detection of 3326 new cases.
