Sundergarh: A fight between two friends under the influence of alcohol took a tragic turn on Thursday when one was hacked to death by another in Sundergarh district of Odisha.

The incident took place at Tatijor village under Kindirikela Police limits of the district.

According to sources, the two youths consumed liquor together and got into an argument in inebriated condition. In a fit of rage, the accused hacked his friend to death with a hatchet.
