Odisha MLA Pramila Mallick's Brother Arrested By Mumbai CB

Bhubaneswar: A special team of Mumbai Crime Branch’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on Tuesday arrested Khirod Mallick, brother of Binjharpur MLA and chief whip of ruling party Pramila Mallick.

As per reports, Khirod Mallick and his son Devbrat were arrested from Sambalpur in connection with alleged financial irregularities in Mumbai in 2012.

Khirod, owner of an NGO named Biswa was earlier arrested by EOW of Odisha Crime Branch in 2014 on charges of duping investors in the state.
