Odisha: Man Killed In Attack By Miscreants, Son Critical

Berhampur: In a harrowing incident, a man was killed and his son sustained critical injuries after miscreants attacked them with a sword at Jhadankuli village under Sadar police limits here in Ganjam district on Sunday.

Miscreants attacked the duo leaving them critically injured. Both were rushed to MKCG Medical College and Hospital where doctors declared the father dead. His son is undergoing treatment in a critical condition.

Though the exact reason of the murderous attack is not known, previous enmity is suspected to be the reason of attack. Police have registered a case in this connection and investigation is underway.
