Odisha: Drunk Warder Attacks Colleagues Inside Sambalpur Jail, FIR Lodged

Sambalpur: Tension prevailed inside Sambalpur Circle Jail after a warder allegedly attacked two of his colleagues late Saturday night.

As per preliminary reports, the warder, identified as Ashok Tathi thrashed two other staff of the prison in an inebriated condition.

Sources said Ashok beat up the two staff after picking up a quarrel over some issue.
A formal complaint in connection with the incident has been lodged by the jail authorities at Dhanupali police station.

As per latest reports, the concerned jail warder has been detained for questioning.
